THEM is leading in training and education of detection dogs, detection dog handlers, bomb scouts IED and providing maintenance courses for governmental and non-governmental organizations worldwide. All training and education is according E.U. standards. 

Wim Dam, with his 25 years of experience and his drive for continuous improvement, is the brain behind the development of THEMs high quality courses in the field of dog handlers, detection and patrol dogs. He is also an IED expert.

Tim Wortman, with his background in Business, is responsible for the internal and external organization of THEM. Tim decided to pursue his career outside DSM, because he saw the need for high quality security solutions.
